In the previous two Photoshop Workbenches, we discovered that both the Standard and Extended versions of Photoshop CS6 are capable of producing moving pictures. This means that everyone with CS6 has the ability to create slideshows as we did in the previous two Workbenches, but it also means that we have the tools to produce animations. In this week’s Workbench, we’ll use CS6′s video creation features to add falling snow to a photograph. You’ll be surprised how easy the process is. I’d like to thank the remarkable digital artist, Bert Monroy, for exposing me to this technique.

Thanks for this Tutorial Mark, I had wondered how to do this. Also, you can click the icon in the upper right of the Timeline and it gives the option of looping the playback so we can have more time to be mesmerized by it, lol.
