Photoshop Workbench 363: 3D Image-Based Lights in Photoshop

Folks, I’m stepping outside the norm today so that we can examine one of Photoshop’s “Wow!” features, 3D image-based lights. Image-based lights make it easy to create seemingly complex (and remarkably realistic) reflections on metallic surfaces. To experiment with image-based lights, you’ll need Photoshop Extended. Even if you don’t own the Extended version, I think you’ll get a kick out of seeing what’s possible.

I found this extremely interesting as I have been wanting to try 3D and incorporate one of my images. Thanks Mark
