I have purchased this CS6 series(2660405 order #) I have not been able to download it to my iPad I believe that I read that it is compatible. Please help.
Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for ordering my series. I apologize for the technical challenges. Here are instructions for playing a movie on an iPad. Open iTunes and choose File>Add to Library. Navigate to the movie file and click Open. Now connect your iPad. By default, the iPad will sync automatically. If it does not, activate the iPad icon in the left panel and choose File>Sync “[Your Name} iPad.” Once synced, the movie is accessed by clicking the Videos icon on the iPad. If, after trying this, you are still experiencing difficulties, please email me at mark@msjphotography.com and we’ll take the next step.
