Hi Mark,
People are not really nice about thanking you for your efforts, are they? Well, I for one, am extremely thankful for your input. I knew about the changes in CS5 and have been using them but you do bring a lot to the party and, on behalf of all those silent people out there, I want to thank you. You do a fantastic job.
