Katrin Eismann is a master of portrait retouching. In a recent Photoshop User article, she revealed a method for smoothing skin that really grabbed my attention. Her technique uses a variety of simple, yet powerful strategies, and thanks to Smart Filters, the entire process is non-destructive.

    I archive most of Mark’s tutorials for future reference but this is one I will memorize. What a wonderful way to remove the imperfections from a persons image that take away from their true beauty.

    I agree that Mark’s tutorials are great, he has a talent for for finding useful topics and explaining processes clearly. Unfortunately, at least for me, the sound periodically drops out on this one when I try to view it.
