Not too long ago, I helped my friend Luke Seaward prepare a few images for upcoming publication in his textbook, Managing Stress. Luke’s goal was to create a series of composites for use on the chapter introduction pages. Each composite was intended to illustrate the use of mental imagery and visualization as a relaxation technique. We put our heads together and came up with a simple, yet effective way to convey this concept. Here’s what we did.
