Just want to say a huge thank you for these tutorials.
I especially like the fact that unlike some tutorials you cut out the razzmatazz and get straight into the lesson.
Learnt so much in the past few hours..a big thanks

Just tried the Focus Blending technique and found it worked much better using Auto-align first- especially with subjects that had very slight variabilities- like flowers in a field.

I just upgraded to CS4, and found your two "what's new" tutorials to be very helpful!

I also am learning so much from your Botanical Dreaming book, especially as one day I intend to become proficient in macro photography.

Thank you for sharing your passion and expertise. I look forward to learning so much more from your work, and from the folks at The Mindful Eye, as I retire in May of 2010 and have much more time to pursue my passion for photography, Photoshop and Lightroom.

Richest Blessings to you and your family, and...your daughter is precious!

Hi Mark! I spent some time watching videos today and it was great! Learned a lot and realized how much I miss learning from you. Allie is absolutely gorgeous. In PS, how do you get the gray background under the image even when the image isn't in full screen mode (I mean, when the photograph still has the information border, and Bridge is hidden, how do you NOT have to see the desktop behind the photo?)
Thanks Mark, your website is wonderful.
