Bob, you don’t have to watch the videos in your web browser, just right-click on the picture of the video and select “Save As” or “Save Link As” from the drop down menu.

Then you can save the “.mov” file to your Desktop, for example, and watch it directly in Quicktime.

This is so frustrating! I love the workbenches, but I’ve tried to play them with firefox, chrome and internet explorer with no success.

Mark, help me please?

I don’t know how much help this will be but I use a PC with XP and the latest version IE and when I double click on Mark’s intro workbench image the QT video plays just fine. I also use Comcasts version of McAfee security. You might try leaving a question in the Community and ask for help there.

I haven’t been able to view the videos for a couple of weeks. I’m not having a problem with other videos from other sites.

When I click on the link to the video, a box opens up on screen and then just leaves a white space and nothing happens. I really love Mark’s work and I miss seeing his workbenches.

Can anyone help?
